Shipping & Payment Policy – EpiploDeco.shop

Delivery time: 3–7 business days.
Small items: free delivery across Greece via Courier Center or partner couriers.
Bulky items: free delivery to the nearest freight depot (if unavailable in your city, to the closest available one).
Home delivery from the depot (e.g. lifting equipment, special services) can be arranged upon request, at the customer’s expense.
Cancellation possible within 48 hours, provided the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier.

Delivery time: 4–8 weeks, with continuous customer updates.
Shipping cost is calculated and included in the final offer before confirmation and deposit payment.
Cancellation possible within 5 days of order placement.
A 50% deposit is required after offer acceptance; balance due before delivery.
Same payment methods apply as for ready-to-ship products.

Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
PayPal: fast and secure payment via personal account.
IRIS Online Payments: instant bank transfer via Greek banks, no extra fees.
Apple Pay & Google Pay: via stored cards on mobile devices.
Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later): pay in installments or at a later date, subject to Klarna’s terms.
Bank Transfer (Alpha Bank).
Cash upon arrangement, within legal limits.

All products are covered by at least a 2-year warranty, in accordance with EU law.
Some products may have longer warranties depending on the supplier and product type.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, stains, drops, or poor maintenance.
