Submitting an order constitutes an offer to buy. We may decline/cancel orders (e.g., pricing/availability errors). For Pre‑Order items, a prior quotation and confirmation are required; processing proceeds upon deposit as set in the Shipping & Payments Policy.

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are listed in the Shipping & Payments Policy (indicatively: credit/debit cards, PayPal, IRIS, Klarna/BNPL, etc.). Order processing begins after payment/deposit confirmation.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping/delivery terms (timelines, costs, limitations) are governed by the Shipping & Payments Policy. Risk passes on delivery to the customer or the carrier as provided by applicable law.

6. Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds
