Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
According to European and Greek legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at epiplodecokalamata@gmail.com or by phone at +30 27210 84113 before the deadline.
A standard withdrawal form is also available, as required by law, which you may optionally use.
The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of use, and in its original packaging.
2. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Products
Returns are accepted except in the following cases:
· Custom/made-to-order products.
· Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.
· Products sold as display items or with visible defects, which the customer was informed of before purchase.
· Gift cards.
3. Order Cancellations
· For stock products, cancellation is possible within 2 days of the order.
· For custom/made-to-order products, cancellation is possible within 5 days of the order.
After these deadlines, the procurement/production process begins, and the order cannot be canceled.
4. Product Returns
To return a product:
1. Submit a request to epiplodecokalamata@gmail.com with the order number and product photos, or call us at +30 27210 84113 for clarification.
2. You will receive instructions for the return process. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. The customer bears full responsibility and cost of transportation for the return, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered. The store does not arrange returns.
4. The customer is responsible for secure and proper packaging during the return. If the product is received damaged due to poor packaging or mishandling during transport, the return will not be approved.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
In case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
· Notify us within 48 hours with photos via email or contact us by phone.
· The product will be replaced at no cost, or a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product:
· We will approve or reject the return.
· If approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the original transaction.
· The cost of return shipping is borne exclusively by the customer.
· If the return is rejected, the product remains in the store’s possession, and the customer may collect it at their own expense.
· Refunds are completed within 14 days of approval.
7. Important Notes
· The right of withdrawal applies only to individual consumers and not to professional purchases (with invoice).
· In case of withdrawal from a discounted product, the amount actually paid will be refunded.
· The store is not responsible for damage during the return. If the product is received damaged, incomplete, or with defects caused during the return, the return will not be approved.
